Important Shipping & Delivery Information.
Postcards Delivery Timelines:
Orders are shipped weekly, every Monday, unless stated otherwise.
*Orders placed after 10th of December 2024 will be shipped on 23rd of December.
Delivery within Singapore takes 2-5 working days, International delivery can take 3-14 business days after order has been shipped.
Return Policy:
No returns of products is accepted. Order might be replaced in case of no-delivery or damaged / wrong delivery, where reasonable.
Restricted Countries & Countries with Limited Services (subject to delays):
Orders can not be delivered to these following Restricted countries due to suspended services.
In some countries there are Limited Delivery Services. This means the delivery is available, but might be subject to delays depending on where your country of destination is. Please see full list of countries with Limited services and potential order delays.
